- Our Simple No Questions asked 15-days Return Policy
In case you are not happy with the quality of the product or the product doesn't fit you properly, you can simply return the product to us. We will replace the product or refund entire amount plus return shipping charges. Refund of return shipping charges will be limited to 10% of product cost.
Please note that the product should be unused and should be sent back along with original box and invoice to:

For goods bought on discount, the refund will be through TTAGALLERY Gift Coupons.
For goods bought on MRP, we will refund the money the way the payment was made. If the payment was by Credit Card or Net-Banking, we will refund the Credit Card or Net-Banking account. If the payment mode was Cheque or DD, we will send you a cheque (not a DD). Cheques will be sent only to the billing address of the customer.
Return shipping charges will be refunded through TTAGALLERY Gift Coupons.
The refund process will be initiated once we have received the product(s). Typically refunds are processed in less than 15 working days but in case of payments by Cheque or DD, it may take a few extra days for the cheque to be delivered to your billing address, and for the funds to be credited to your account, once you deposit the cheque.
This policy is only for customer in India and we won’t be able to provide exchange/returns/refunds to our international customer due to prohibitive shipping cost.

- If You cancel your order before the product has been shipped. 50% of the amount will be refunded.
- In case the item you have ordered has been shipped but has not yet been delivered to you, you may still cancel the order. Your 50% refund will be processed once we receive the originally ordered item back from the courier.
- Unfortunately, an order cannot be cancelled once the item has been delivered to you.
Terms & Conditions for Customized Paintings
1. Customized Order Policy
All artworks are customized based on individual customer requirements. Once the order is confirmed and work has commenced, cancellation is strictly not permitted.
2. No Refund Policy
As the artwork is fully customized, no refund shall be issued under any circumstances after order confirmation.
3. Delivery Timeline
Customized paintings involve multiple artistic stages such as sketching, embossing, gold work, drying, detailing, and finishing. Therefore, no fixed or guaranteed delivery date can be committed.
4. Estimated Time Disclaimer
Any delivery date shared is only an approximate estimate and not a commitment. Delays may occur due to design complexity, rework requests, availability of materials, or workmanship processes.
5. Natural Calamities & Force Majeure
We shall not be held responsible for delays caused due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Floods, cyclones, earthquakes
- Fire accidents
- Government restrictions or lockdowns
- Transport or courier disruptions
- Power failures or raw material shortages
Delivery timelines will be automatically extended in such cases.
6. Courier & Transit Responsibility
Once the painting is handed over to the courier or transport service, any delay, damage, theft, or loss during transit is the sole responsibility of the courier company.
7. Customer Approvals & Changes
Any change or correction requested after approval at a specific stage may result in additional charges and extended timelines.
